Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
To keep classes small, gaps for new students will only appear when current students leave, or pause their classes, or change to another class.
I have no control when this will happen, but I will post a gap immediately a gap appears in any class.
3. Want an alert immediately when a gap for a new student is posted?
Please "Like" the class Facebook, and turn your notifications on, to receive an automatic alert, immediately a class gap appears.

COMMON SENSE, RULES
Gift Vouchers and classes credit are valid for three years, subject to the rules below.
Classes can be taken individually or in series, and can be started, paused and resumed at a time suitable to you: provided you have let me know in advance via email or text (and to avoid the Penalty, provide a return date). And provided there is space in the class.
1. Courtesy Saves:
If you can't attend any class, your lesson credit is only protected (ie "rolled over") if you
a) use the Change Class Date button in the reminder emails or text me before the lesson, AND
b) select / provide a specific "date of return to class".
c) do so at least 2 hours before the class starts
To keep track of a large floating student population, and prevent classes becoming too big or small.
To enable other students to fill the gaps created.
What happens if I just don’t turn up (and didn't rescheduled the class)?
If you do not do both things, your class balance will decline each week, until I hear from you.
When your balance reached zero, your shelve will be cleared (to make space for new students) and all clay recycled.
If you let me know of your returning date, via email/text (to avoid the Penalty, include a return date), lessons can be repeatedly rolled over for up to 2 years.
2. If you are returning to classes after a prolonged absence, please contact me well before to ensure a place is reserved for you.
3. You can change which day and time you attend classes, and even attend more than one lesson per week, provided you have first check that there is space in the classes.
4. ButI'm going to be away for more than two months?
You will need to text/email requesting I freeze your credit, and provide a date when you will collect your clay and creations
(to make space for new students, and to encourage you to keep making at home).
Upon your return a space will be again made available for you.
5. There's only one vacancy and there's two of us?
Buy any two beginner classes (before they go) and then let me know what you've done and provide a couple of dates that suit you both.
That way I can start you in a smaller class, without disadvantaging any student.
6. Gift Vouchers
Must be used within 18 months of date of purchase.
If you need an extension, please contact me via emailat least a month before expiry date.
No extensions will be approved after 12 months of date of purchase.
